» Foyer exhibition

Occupying the museum′s gallery and parts of the lower foyer, the exhibitons are predominantly dedicated to the new acquisitions of the archive. They are supposed to call visitors′ attention to the work of the archive / the collections – a rather "hidden" domain that, nevertheless, constitutes the basis of museum work. Foyer exhibitons are conceived and designed by the archive / collections staff. They do not aim at completeness (as the amount of available space is limited anyway) and are not based on profound analysis. Rather, they are supposed to provide an incentive to deal with the respective artist and his/her works.
